- JULIE-With over 17 years of experience in the music scene in various bands, Julie is a true southern country and rock singer. With artists like Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, Merel Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Levon Helm and Miranda Lambert as inspirations, Julie's passion for story telling through music can be felt as she sings. Back to Basics takes Julie back to her roots- back to where her love of music began.
- KEN- Being raised in a family of musicians, Ken continues the tradition with over 30 years of guitar playing experience. He has played lead guitar in various bands in Pennsylvania and Texas. perfecting his talent along the way. Early successes include opening for bands such as Marshall Tucker, Tracey Lawrence, Kenny Chesney, leading to more recent opens for Sonny Burgess as well as the well-known and highly acclaimed Ray Benson & Asleep at the Wheel. Growing up Ken listened to Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard and Hank Jr., inspiring him to pursue his love of music. After relocating to Texas over 15 years ago, Ken has realized his love of Texas Country and Red Dirt music, providing new inspiration that contributes to his country roots
